- Guest, Customer and Vendor Phone Calls - Email Correspondence - Data Entry and Filing - Reservations - Booking Platform Management - Guest Relations - Vendor Correspondence and Scheduling - Inventory and Ordering - Assisting with Daily Operations Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in a Business field but willing to consider those without a degree with extensive Front Desk or Administrative experience.
Open to training those with lesser experience with good attitude and Hospitality experience.
Position requires excellent attention to detail, professional communication skills both via phone and email, time and task management and organizational skills.
Business is located in Poipu area and although schedule and work location are flexible, proximity is helpful.
There is room for advancement within the company and health care coverage will be given for full time position with no cost to employee.
